… began with my own struggles with hormonal imbalances and maintaining wellness in a fast-paced lifestyle. As a former international athlete and with over a decade in the pharmaceutical sector, I understand the need for practical, straightforward health solutions. I’ve studied and graduated with distinction from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, and now as a mother, my drive to share this knowledge has only deepened.
